Dunphy Box burners are supplied for wide range of applications and, subject to basic principles, are normally designed to match a customers specific needs.
Units supplied are therefore variants of a basic standard design.
Dunphy design engineers have available a database containing detailed design criteria built up over many years.
Careful selection from this database allows the customers requirements to be tailored around a proven design. 75kW-30MW.

Starting from basic principle the Dunphy design team have created a new, standard burner body that can be fitted with readily available ‘T’ Series burner components and component assemblies. This helps to keep production times to a minimum, effectively reduces labour costs and, ultimately, the selling price.
‘UB’ burners are available in Gas, Dual Fuel, Light Oil, Heavy Oil and Air/Steam atomised versions and are normally supplied as a basic burner head with a range of optional extras that are available at extra cost. 100-22000kW.
